Once accepted as a qualified person with a disability, you will not need to reapply for services. Students are required to request the academic accommodations they would like to utilize each semester. To request current semester accommodations contact the Office of Disability Services prior to the beginning of the semester. We will discuss your course schedule and prepare Instructor Notification Memos. If you are receiving services at one of our off site campus locations we can mail your memos to your corresponding campus. Once you have your Instructor Notification Memos you should provide them to each of your instructors to let them know of your accommodation needs. Students should periodically review their accommodations to make sure that they still meet their academic needs. If you would like to discuss revisions to your current accommodations please contact the Office of Disability Services. You may need to provide additional supporting documentation if there is a change in your diagnosis.
