Divisions

Crowder College Academic Affairs is divided into Divisions offering a variety of degree programs. Each Division works closely with business and industry, advisory boards, and the universities to offer the most relevant associate degrees and certificate programs. The following degree programs have obtained accreditation or are in the process of receiving accreditation:

 

Auto Technology – National Automotive Technicians Education Foundation (NATEF) and the Society of Automotive Excellence (ASE)

Computer Networking – Cisco Certified Academy through Cisco Systems

Construction Technology – National Center for Construction Education and Research (NCCER)

Health Information Technology – Commission on Accreditation for Health Informatics and Information Management Education (CAHIIM) – Candidacy Standing

Nursing – National League for Nursing Accreditation Commission, Candidacy Status

Occupational Therapy Assistant – Accreditation Council for Occupational Therapy Education (ACOTE), In process

Paramedic – The Commission on Accreditation of EMS Programs (CoAEMSP)

Teacher Education – Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE)

Veterinary Technology – American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA)

Welding – Participation in the American Welding Society’s SENSE (Schools Excelling through National Skills Standards Education)
