Divisions

Crowder College Academic Affairs is divided into Divisions offering a variety of degree programs. Each Division works closely with business and industry, advisory boards, and the universities to offer the most relevant associate degrees and certificate programs.

Program Accreditations

The following degree programs have obtained accreditation, are in the process of receiving accreditation, or participate in approved curriculum:

Auto TechnologyNational Automotive Technicians Education Foundation (NATEF) and the Society of Automotive Excellence (ASE)

Computer Networking – Active Participation with Cisco Certified Academy through Cisco Systems

Nursing – Nationally accredited by ACEN (Accreditation Commission for Education and Nursing);  Missouri State Board of Nursing

Occupational Therapy AssistantAccreditation Council for Occupational Therapy Education (ACOTE)

ParamedicCommittee on Accreditation of Educational Programs for Emergency Medical Services Professions (CoAEMSP),  State of Missouri, Bureau of EMS Division (BEMS)

Surgical Technology –   The Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (CAAHEP) will approve upon the recommendation of the Accreditation Review Council on Education in Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (ARC/STSA).

Veterinary TechnologyAmerican Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA)

Welding – Participation in the American Welding Society’s SENSE (Schools Excelling through National Skills Standards Education)
