Intro to Computer
Want to learn the basics about your computer or laptop, this class is for you. Learn about e-mail, Word, Google, etc. This class will meet the needs of those enrolled. For more advanced courses, please refer to Crowder’s Catalog.
Show Kindness through Rock Painting – $5 per class

Classes will change each week or a continuation of a project from the week prior. First class will be an easy one.
Energy Audit – FREE, but space is limited so registration is required
Learn about how to save money on your energy bills. The class will include tips on how to make your home more energy efficient and how to lower your electrical demand.
Residential Wind Power – FREE, but space is limited so registration is required
Learn the basics of a residential wind turbine system. The course will provide an overview of the necessary equipment and what to look for as a consumer when considering a purchase.
Residential Solar Power – FREE, but space is limited so registration is required
Learn the fundamentals of a residential solar electric system. The class will include consumer information for those who are interested in solar electric systems. Topics to be covered: necessary equipment, electrical load, and questions to ask vendors when considering a purchase.
Renewable Energy Forum – FREE OPEN HOUSE
Open House with multiple vendors in the alternative energy field. Representatives from companies will be on hand to answer your questions.
Dance- $25 per month
Last 2 Fridays of the month all semester
This class is for the beginner in dance. Your child will learn to from an instructor with years’ experience in this field. It is an uplifting and fun class.
Relax & Paint- $25
Last Friday of the month
ALL SEMESTER- Bring your own canvas
This class is based on relaxation. You do not have to be a great painter. The instructor will teach you basic painting strokes and color schemes. Great time for you, or bring a friend along.
Zumba- $20 punch card
Monday night and Thursday night
Zumba is a fitness program that combines Latin and international music with dance moves. Zumba routines incorporate interval training — alternating fast and slow rhythms — and resistance training.
This class will help you learn to navigate, post pictures/videos, message people and have fun.
Woman’s Self-defense- $25
Second Saturday of the month
Our Women’s Self-Defense Classes provides training in recognizing and appropriately responding to dangerous situations, and techniques for successfully defending against and escaping the types of attacks most often encountered by women.
iPad, iPod I need help-$20
Do you own an iPad and want to put it to better use? These class designed for beginners and will cover the very basics from what that round button at the bottom of the iPad does to how you can move or delete an app. There is even a lesson with tips that will help you get the most out of the iPad or iPod and perhaps even teach your friends a neat trick or two.
This class will show you how to check your tires, change oil and check fluids and keeping your car maintained. This class would be great for your teen getting ready to be on the road. It is also open for anyone who needs to freshen up on these things.
Enjoy meeting people and doing crafts together. The instructor will be here to show you easy steps to making craft time special and fun. This class is for all ages.

Easy and fun class, learn how to make cupcakes for any occasion. This class is for all ages.
Intro to PowerPoint- $20
PowerPoint is a powerful yet fun way to create professional presentations using a computer. We will be covering these three key points:
How to create a basic PowerPoint presentation. Different ways to view and edit a PowerPoint presentation. How to add transitions, effects, animations and sounds to your slides.

Beginning Excel. New to Excel? Learn to create a spreadsheet, do basic math, create and format column titles, freeze the top row, and set some printing options.
