Crowder College is accepting bids for the sale of real property located in the city of Neosho, Newton County Missouri. Offers may be made for one or both property lots.

Property description: All of Lot 20 and 21 in Oakwood Heights Sub Division, Neosho, Newton County Missouri. Physical address: 406 and 410 Deborah Drive, Neosho, MO 64850

Crowder College reserves the right to reject all bids. The purchaser will be responsible for payment of all closing costs, including but not limited to: survey, title policies, and attorney fees. Offers must be submitted in a sealed envelope and must be received by 1:00pm, Friday, March 29, 2019. Bids may be submitted in person at the Information Desk in the Arnold Farber Building Lobby on the Neosho Campus between the hours of 8:00am and 4:00pm Monday – Friday.
