Four Qualify for Nationals at FBLA Collegiate State Leadership Conference

Neosho, MO — The Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) Collegiate State Leadership Conference was held on April 6 at the campus of the University of Missouri in Columbia, Missouri. Participants from nine colleges and universities in Missouri attended this conference to enhance their business skills, expand their networks, and participate in various business-related competitive events.

Six Crowder College FBLA – Collegiate members competed at the conference with multiple National Qualifiers.

Shawn Boberg – 1st Place in Economics, 5th Place in Accounting
Grant Preddy – 1st Place in Finance, 4th Place in Job Interview, 6th Place in Impromptu Speaking
Raven Vogelpohl – 1st Place in Retail Management; 2nd Place in Hospitality Management, 3rd Place in Hospitality Management Case Competition
Jenna Ehrhardt – 3rd Place Accounting
Brayden Daniel – 5th Place Project Management, 6th Place Marketing

The Top 4 in each event advance onto the National Leadership Conference being held this summer in Orlando, Florida, from June 24 – 27.
