Hi! My name is Melissa Jennings and I am the secretary for Talent Search. I graduated from Crowder College with an Associate of Applied Science Degree. I love spending time with my family and also enjoy working crossword puzzles, reading and watching chick flicks! I love working for Talent Search and watching the students grow both academically and emotionally!

I am Andrea Marrs, the Assistant Director for Crowder College Talent Search. I grew up in Southwest Missouri and graduated from Missouri Southern State College with a Bachelor’s of Science in Education – English. I enjoy reading and fly fishing in my free time. The best thing about my job is the opportunity to be around and learn from junior high and high school students. (They keep me real!)

My name is Shannon Hatfield and I am a Talent Search Advisor. I grew up in Seneca, Missouri and graduated from Missouri Southern State University with a Bachelor’s degree in English/Professional Writing. In my spare time I enjoy reading and hanging out with my friends and family. I love working with students and helping them achieve their goals in life. I am so excited to be a part of the Talent Search staff so I can help our students succeed!

Hi, ya’ll! My name is Jenna Mutz and I am a Talent Search Advisor. I am a Texas native who relocated to Missouri in January 2007. I graduated from Baylor University in Waco, Texas, with a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science. I earned a Master’s degree in Political Science from Sam Houston State University in Huntsville, Texas. I am currently working toward a second Master’s degree in Youth Development from University of Missouri. In my free time, I enjoy running, reading, shopping, and watching college football. My favorite thing about my job is helping students explore their college options and being able to watch them achieve their dreams.
