Full-time Positions
Instructor of Computer/Information Science and Mathematics: Crowder College announces a full-time nine-month teaching position in Computer/Information Science and Mathematics effective the fall semester of 2010. A Master’s degree in a CIS discipline with some background in mathematics is required. Teaching experience preferred. Salary is dependent on education and teaching experience, Range: $33,962 - $43,379, with full benefits including health and life insurance, retirement, and sick leave. Pay is $500 per credit hour fall term and $600 for summer term. Requires a Master’s in the subject or closely related field or a Master’s in Education with at least 18 graduate hours in the subject area. Teaching experience would be a plus, and knowledge of Blackboard will be helpful. Instructor needed:Speech instructor for an eight-week class at the Webb City campus. The class meets MW 12:30pm-3:00pm and starts the week of March 22nd. Summer Job Oportunity
The Crowder College Upward Bound Programs are seeking positive, enthusiastic individuals for positions as Resident Assistants during the summer 2010. The positions will offer employment for 7 to 12 weeks beginning in late May and ending in mid August. Duties include supervision of residence halls, activities, trips, tutoring high school students, and general office work. Salary: $300 per week plus paid training, room/board, opportunity for travel and challenging experiences. Residence hall or youth experience preferred.
