FREE tutoring for Crowder College Students!
Peer-to-Peer
Students can book appointments with tutors for their specific courses. These can be regular appointments or a single appointment. The availability of classes and times are dependent on our current roster of tutors, so as we add tutors during the semester, availability can change.
Drop-In Tutoring and Writing Assistance
Tutors are available at a designated space and time for both in-person tutoring and via Microsoft Teams. You do not need an appointment. This is not tutoring for a specific course, but the tutors can help with basic studying problems (assignment guidelines, test prep, etc.) or problems with technology (formatting in Word, submitting in Canvas, etc.).
Brainfuse
Brainfuse is an online-tutoring platform. It can be accessed directly from your Canvas courses. It has both a live chat function and an asynchronous writing lab. It can be accessed anytime and anywhere, which makes it very useful for online classes. If you need more Brainfuse hours, please email tutoring@crowder.edu.
