Commitment Checklist

The objective of the Crowder College Cassville Student Support Services (SSS) program is to increase the retention, graduation and transfer rates of program low income, first-generation, and disabled participants. The program will provide services such as intensive, one-to-one academic advising, tutoring, workshops, cultural opportunities, financial aid assistance, computer lab access, transfer assistance, campus visits, and community service activities for 140 participants.

Following is a checklist of possible commitments which may be made by your organization to enhance the quality of services provided by the SSS program. Please indicate you commitment to the SSS project below. You may either:

  1. Fill out and submit the form below, or
  2. Print, complete, and fax THIS FORM to either Cheyenne Ward (SSS Director) or Angela Seymour (Cassville Director) at 417-847-1367.
